I'm Caz.

I see how easy it is to get things done.

And how difficult it is to figure out what those things are.

Sound Familiar?

?

You know you're capable of more, but can't see the path forward

?

Every decision feels like it has too many variables

?

You're stuck between what's safe and what's possible

?

You need someone who gets the big picture—not just tactics

People come to me with one question: "How would you go about this?"

The Path Here

For 17 years, I worked in intelligence and law enforcement in Trinidad & Tobago. Surveillance. Investigations. Analysis. It was methodical, restrictive, follow-the-rules-or-nothing thinking.

Then I got a two-year residency at our Futures Threat Assessment Center—working on qualitative analysis and long-range national security planning. While everyone else focused on present-tense threats, my job was to think two and three steps ahead.

That's where my mind came alive.

We called it the Medici Effect—finding connections between seemingly unrelated ideas. Analysts from immigration, defense, corrections, health, finance, legal... all bringing different lenses to the same problems.

After the residency, I went back to regular duties. But my mind couldn't switch off. I kept advocating for futures thinking, for preparing for black swan events, for seeing around corners.

Nobody wanted to hear it. They just wanted stuff solved for policing.

One day, after getting berated for something outside my control, a supervisor said:"You don't have passion anymore. You don't care."

They were right. I didn't care—about that job. My spark was still there. Just not for work that couldn't use it.

The Pivot

A mentor once told me: "If you think this isn't for you anymore, it's okay to leave. It's necessary to leave. And you should leave."

So I positioned myself. Finished my degree (took 10 years while working full-time). Built skills in behavioral design, AI prompting, sales. Put myself in front of people in industries that peaked my interest.

I'm not the best in the world at any single thing. But I know how to connect with people. I work to be genuinely good. And I offer my superpower:

A Vivid Imagination

I think in what-ifs and possibilities and why-nots.

How I Think

Here's the mental test I run on everything:

Is It Possible?

Is there any physics, mathematics, or science making this impossible? Is there a measurable "no one wants this"? If not—it's possible. Period.

We're continuously shocked by what gets created. Things labeled "impossible" get done all the time. The only question is: what's actually blocking it?

What Makes It Probable?

Possibility gets reduced by: finance, political will, fear, lack of education, unwillingness, infrastructure, digital reach, wrong relationships, or just not believing in yourself enough times per day.

Most things that haven't been done are just low-probability—not impossible. And probability can be engineered.

Is It Preferable?

Something is possible. It could become probable. But is it something we want, we need, and we think we should do?

This is where values, ethics, and human flourishing take center stage.

What I Actually Do

I help people expand their decision space. When you're stuck, it's usually because you can only see three options—and you don't like any of them.

My job is to help you see the fourth, fifth, and sixth options you didn't know existed. To shift your mindset from "I need this now" to "What do I need to put in place so this becomes inevitable in five years?"

Brainstorm possibilities you hadn't considered
Challenge assumptions blocking your progress
Make sense of complex, multi-variable decisions
Map out what makes your goals more probable
Identify what you're actually willing to sacrifice
Design long-term positioning strategies
